Determinants of the economic outcomes of Australian permanent migrants
The Centre for Population commissioned research from the Australian National University to better understand the factors that are associated with the economic outcomes of Australian permanent migrants.
This project presents empirical findings on success of migrants in Australia in relation to their characteristics, including income, language, education levels, occupation, demographics, visa characteristics, temporary visa history and country of birth.
Migration Skills Mismatch
The Centre for Population commissioned research from Flinders University looking into evidence of skills mismatch for migrants in Australia across 3 measures: labour market status, occupational status, and income from wages and salaries, for migrants and Australian citizens.
